Observation

Outlets were observed to have a plug in that was smaller than 3 inches in size. Causing a chocking hazard. Outdoor space was observed to have a bag accessible to children hanging from the door with diaper inside. Another plastic bag was observed in a box in outdoor space. Water temperature was observed at 127 degrees Fahrenheit. Licensed areas and bathroom space need a tamper-resistant outlet.
